Josh founded ALX in 2017 and continues to lead vision, investment strategy, and equity management. He focuses on identifying and understanding team gifts and strengths and aligning them with real estate investment opportunities. He has spent his career studying real estate asset classes from single-family to commercial and learning how to successfully operate and invest in a range of projects. He strongly believes that people make the difference and that relationships handled with truth and respect are the biggest factor in achieving desired results.

He began his real estate career buying and flipping foreclosures in 2009. Since then, as Principal of ALX, and before that, as a partner with Conrad Homes, he has helped REITS purchase and remodel rental houses, developed SFR, condos, and townhouses, and sponsored multifamily focused syndications.

Josh is also an active real estate broker, and as an agent, has successfully closed almost three hundred real estate transactions. He, his wife, and three children live in Southlake, Texas and love spending time with their friends and family.

Seth graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and has since taken on and held a wide variety of real estate management positions. Some of his favorite things include spending time with his family, watching Texas Tech football, gaming with friends, innovating cooking, and studying scripture.

Before ALX:

General Manager with Conrad Homes - managed business administration, vendor relations, transaction coordination, and third-party relations.

Seth also has experience as a licensed real estate agent and residential property manager (SFR and MF).

Seth, his wife, and their son live in Southlake, TX.

Patrick focuses on investment underwriting, debt structuring, asset management, portfolio analysis, and loan processing. He takes the lead on project valuation and opportunity assessment and then oversees the financial performance of approved projects throughout their term as ALX investments. Oversight includes cash flow management, P&L planning and accountability, lender relations, performance reports, and portfolio loan processing.

Before engaging in real estate investments full time, Patrick was a Financial Examiner with the Texas Department of Banking and a Relationship Manager with Liberty Capital Bank. As an examiner, he supervised approximately one hundred banks headquartered in the North Texas region, and as a banker, he grew and managed a portfolio of clients consisting of commercial real estate investment groups and high net worth individuals and families.

Patrick graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He and his family live in Dallas, TX where they lead in Family Restoration, Watermark Church’s foster care and adoption ministry.

Shane is an original sponsor with ALX and continues to significantly influence project analysis, portfolio strategy, and capital structure. He provides foundational investment and consistently guides, challenges, and encourages the team to be resourceful and seek new opportunities. His data-driven insights and ability to proficiently model financial return scenarios promote confidence and advances carefully calculated decisions.

Before concentrating on real estate, Shane worked in the oil and gas industry for forty years, twenty-five years with Shell Oil Company and fifteen years with XTO Energy, where he was involved in engineering, operations, construction, property evaluation, and general management. In 2014, he retired from XTO as Director, Natural Gas Facilities.

Shane is also a Principal of Conrad Consulting, LLC, a residential development, new construction, and multifamily investment company. He and his wife of forty plus years live in Southlake, Texas.

Christian focuses on implementing operational processes and procedures to create a seamless real estate transaction experience for our Silverton Capital borrowers. He collaborates closely with our team and property flippers, builders, and developers to ensure the highest level of professionalism in our products and services. Christian is responsible for loan production, including Marketing, Processing, and Underwriting.

Before joining ALX and Silverton Capital, Christian was a full-time real estate investor, involved in multiple residential transactions and building his own commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to his real estate career, he served 12 years as an officer in the Army Reserve while working in the private sector in various logistical and operational management positions.

Christian holds an MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He and his wife reside in the DFW area, where they enjoy traveling and exploring with their children during their free time.
